MRI Property Management

MRI Property Management  is a company hired by the Association to handle many of the day to day operations of the Association as well as the bookkeeping. The Board oversees their performance. Our Property Manager is Palma Garcia and our Site Manager/emergency contact is Sergio Garcia.

Paying HOA Dues

Current dues beginning January 1, 2024 are $375.00 a month and are due on the 1st of every month. If your dues are received after the 15th of the month you will be charged a 10% late fee. Checks must be made payable to Briarcliffe North Towne Homes   AND YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON YOUR CHECK (account numbers can be found on your coupon payment book).

There are 3 ways to pay:

1.) COUPON BOOK--every homeowner receives a coupon payment book for the year. Tear out the appropriate payment slip and include it with your check and mail your check directly to the lockbox at US Bank. You MUST include the payment slip and make sure your account number is written on your check--either on the memo line of your check or at the top in the center. Your specific account number can be found on your payment slip. At the back of the coupon book are mailing labels that you can put on the front of your envelope.

****Make sure your account number is on the memo line of your check or at the top next to your name.****

Checks are NOT to be sent to MRI Property Management directly nor placed in the Board's black mailbox.

2.) ACH payments (direct debit)

3.) Paying directly through the bank

To use online billpay you will need the mailing address for the bank and your account number. Your account number can be found on your coupon book and will be needed to process online payments to the proper unit. Bill pay DOES NOT happen immediately so you must schedule it enough in advance so your dues won't be late. Scheduling on the 25th or the 27th of the month prior to the month the dues are for are the best way to insure you don't receive a late fee.

 

ACCESS TO THE MRI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WEBSITE TO SEE YOUR ACCOUNT HISTORY, FINANCIAL INFORMATION, ETC.

MRI Property Management has a website for members or our Association that provides important useful information such as your account payment history, meeting minutes, governing documents, insurance declarations, and financial statements. This site is password protected and If you don't already have a user name and password, please email the property manager, Palma Garcia (PalmaG@mriprop.com), and she will reply with your login credentials.

To Get a Replacement Key Fob - Owners Only

Step 1: Fill out the form 'Electronic Key Replacement Agreement'. Click here to download the form. If you checked the first or second circle on the form then do step 2A. If you checked the third circle then skip to step 2B.

Step 2A:

  • Make a $20 check payable to: Briarcliffe North HOA

  • Mail check and form to:

  • Make sure you include contact information (email and/or phone number) in your mailing. MRI will contact you when they've received it and notify maintenance to distribute the key fob if you're eligible for one.

Step 2B: If you checked the third circle on the  'Electronic Key Replacement Agreement' form and have a key fob that no longer works, then you can send the form to MRI via email (info@mriprop.com) or regular mail:

  • Make sure you include contact information (email and/or phone number). MRI will contact you when they've received it and notify maintenance to distribute the key fob if you're eligible for one. Make sure you have your old key fob ready to exchange for the new one. If you don't then you will have to pay to have it replaced (follow step 2B above).


To Get a Replacement Parking Permit - Owners Only

Step 1: Fill out the form 'Parking Permit Replacement Agreement'. Click here to download the form. If your permit was lost or stolen then continue to step 2A. If you have a permit that's damaged and want to turn it in for a free replacement skip to step 2B.

Step 2A (If your permit was lost or stolen):

  • Make a $20 check payable to: Briarcliffe North HOA

  • Mail check and form to:

  • Make sure you include contact information (email and/or phone number) in your mailing. MRI will contact you when they've received it and notify maintenance to distribute your new parking permit if you're eligible for one.

Step 2B (If your parking permit is damaged and you're exchanging it for a new one):

  • Send form to MRI via email (info@mriprop.com) or regular mail:

MRI will contact you when they've received it and notify maintenance to distribute the parking pass if you're eligible to receive one. Make sure you have your old key fob ready to exchange for the new one. If you don't then you will have to pay to have it replaced (follow step 2A).
